Work Resilience, LLC (“Work Resilience”) operates the SaaS platform and website located at https://work-resilience.com (the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you access or use our Platform.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to:

• Individuals who interact with our services
It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from our Platform.

Our Terms of Use require you to represent that you are medically able to participate in the Platform's activity content, or have obtained physician clearance to do so. We do not collect or store the substance of any health or medical information connected to that representation — we retain only a record that you accepted the Terms of Use, including the applicable version and date.
F. Check-In and Feedback Information
If you use optional check-in or feedback features within the Platform, we collect the information you provide, which may include self-reported physical sensations such as soreness, tightness, or stiffness (“Check-In Information”). We use Check-In Information to personalize your experience on the Platform. Check-In Information may be processed by our product analytics provider in connection with operating and improving the Platform.
3. Sources of Information
We collect personal information:
• Directly from you when you create an account
• Automatically through cookies and tracking tools
• Through analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)
4. Use of Personal Information
We use personal information to:
• Provide and maintain our SaaS services

5. Google Analytics

We may share aggregate, de-identified usage and engagement data (for example, how frequently certain activity content is used, or overall engagement trends) with our content partners, to evaluate the real-world effectiveness of the programming offered on the Platform. This aggregate, de-identified data is never tied back to an individual user's identity.
As described in Section 2.F, Check-In Information may be disclosed to our product analytics provider to help us operate and improve the Platform.
We do not “sell” personal information. Depending on your configuration, our use of analytics tools like Google Analytics may constitute “sharing” as defined under certain state privacy laws (generally, making information available for cross-context behavioral advertising). You may opt out of this sharing as described in Section 7 and Section 8 below.
7. California Privacy Rights (CPRA Notice)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by CPRA):

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of personal information

We may verify your identity before processing requests.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes.
8. Texas Privacy Rights (TDPSA Notice)
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) may provide you with rights similar to those described in Section 7, including the right to:
• Confirm whether we are processing your personal data
• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Obtain a portable copy of your personal data
• Opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling

9. Data Retention
We retain personal data:
• While your account is active
• As required for legal compliance
• As needed for dispute resolution
We securely delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.
10. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no system can be guaranteed fully secure.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Platform requires all users to be at least 18 years old, consistent with our Terms of Use. Our Platform is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
12. International Users
Our services are hosted in the United States. If accessed from outside the U.S., you consent to transfer of information to the U.S. If we expand our services outside the United States, we will update this Policy to describe the additional safeguards that apply to any cross-border transfer of personal information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
